Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for API key security, lawful prompt and output use, payment of fees, and compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
The service may change during beta. Production service levels must be defined in a separate written agreement.
Governing law
Japan law and dispute venue details should be finalized with counsel before formal public sale.
